Kike joined BAT in 2003 as a Trade Marketing Representative and built a marketing career with essential competencies in Trade Marketing, Brands, and Activation throughout West and Central Africa. She was appointed Area Head of Activation and Shopper Marketing in 2016 and later Head, Channel Business Development.
In 2021, Kike was promoted to Area Head of 360 Activation & Marketing Operations, where she was instrumental in designing an immersive virtual reality market visit, launching the WCA Spirited Textile Branding @PoS, and restructuring the Marketing Skills and Development unit. A year Later, she was appointed as WCA's Cluster Head of Marketing Deployment in 2022.
